Samsung to launch new handsets

Samsung India said here on Thursday, it will launch a dozen GSM handsets in India later this year. It will target a marketshare of between 16 per cent and 17 per cent in the segment.
 
H C Ryu, director of telecom with subsidiary of Samsung, said, the company will customise its products for the region.
 
Ryu launched two handsets on Thursday, including a clamshell model, taking the number of the company's cellphone models in India to 12.
