Scandent acquires French ERP firm

Scandent Solutions Corporation Limited, has informed the stock exchanges that Scandent Network Europe Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has agreed to acquire shares of BWH, France, an enterprise resource planning software vendor. BWH had revenues of ¤1.3 million during the last financial year, Scandent said.
 
Scandent, a Bangalore-headquartered BPO firm, reported $16.5 million in sales for the March 2005 quarter.
 
In November last year, the company completed the acquisition of Cambridge Integrated Services Group, a claims and loss cost management company serving Fortune 500 self-insured employers, insurance carriers and public entities in the US, Europe and Australia.
