Cambridge Integrated Services Group, the business process outsourcing (BPO) subsidiary of IT services major Scandent Solutions Corporation, today bagged an annual contract valued at $4-6 million (Rs 18"�27 crore) from a US-based fast food restaurant chain. |
Under the contract, the BPO company will provide claims administration services to the restaurant chain. |
"This win is in large part due to Cambridge's deep domain expertise. We have experience not only in handling insurance claims but also in understanding the nuances of the fast food industry," Scandent Solutions executive chairman and chief executive officer Chris Sinclair said in a release here today. |
"This win reinforces our ability to undertake and deliver complex, high-end knowledge process outsourcing engagements," he added. |
Claim administration services that the company will provide include general, premises and product liability, in addition to managing crime and property claims. |
Through this contract, Cambridge will immediately gain a definable market share by managing claims for nearly 1,000 franchise owners with the potential to deliver to over 8,000 locations in the US alone. |
