Sierra Atlantic buys US-based ArrAy

Sierra Atlantic, a provider of information technology services for enterprise applications and outsourced product development (OPD), has acquired ArrAy Inc, a Boston-based software engineering services firm with global delivery centers in Guangzhou and Shanghai in China for an undisclosed amount.

Sierra Atlantic has  its India operations in Hyderabad. The first phase of the company's seven-acre campus in Hyderabad, which will support up to 1,500 consultants, is scheduled to be completed in October.

The acquisition is expected to complement its Hyderabad operations.
