Subex Systems Limited, Bangalore-based telecom fraud management software package vendor, said on Monday, it bagged a $1 million contract to supply its INcharge product to Vmobile Nigeria, an existing client for other Subex products.

INcharge is part of the RevMax software suite from Subex that also consists of the fraud management system, Ranger, Subex told the Bombay Stock Exchange.

INcharge is used to process usage information, track discrepancies and identify potential revenue leakages in a telecom network.

Vmobile, formerly Econet Wireless Nigeria Limited, has a mobile phone network in Nigeria with some 2 million subscribers spread across 60 cities.

"This win is an indication of the customer support we have provided on Ranger," said Subash Menon, Subex's president and chief executive officer.
