Subex to raise $10mn via GDRs

The board of directors of Subex Systems has cleared a proposal to raise up to $10 million by issuing GDRs.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, an EGM will be held on February 25, 2006, to get shareholders' approval for the fund-raising plan.
