Supreme Court rejects Trai plea on TDSAT order

The Supreme Court today rejected a plea by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) seeking a stay on the Telecom Dispute Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) order restraining the regulator from exercising the power to alter agreements between two telecom service providers.
