Tata Tele's service in Kannada

Tata Teleservices which has voice interaction in Tamil and Telegu plans to add Kannada language too in a couple of weeks announced Prabhat Pani, chief operating officer, Tata Teleservices, Karnataka and AP Circle, here today.
 
Speaking to reporters after inaugurating the Tata Indicom True Value Hub, he said in the Mangalore region,Tata Indicom presently covers 53 towns including 250 kms of highway coverage and 16 more towns will be added shortly.
 
"We believe the true value hub will further add to the many new customer support initiatives taken by us. We plan to add 700 true value outlets across Karnataka by the end of 2005", he said.
 
Tata Indicom which operates in 1,500 towns in the country will add 1,000 more towns by March 2006 and will be comparable to the best, he said. True value hubs, which are integrated service centres, provide complete end-to-end experience to the customers and are located at prominent high-traffic points and provide strategic visibility for the brand.
 
The key features of the hub are touch screen system, product display, complaint redressal, bill payments and basic handset repairs.
