TCS Q1 results on July 18

The board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will meet on July 18, 2006 to take on record the audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 (Q1), and to consider declaration of an interim dividend to the shareholders.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the record date for determining the beneficial owners to whom the interim dividend, if declared, will be paid shall be July 31, 2006.
