TechSpan plans expansion

TechSpan India Limited, an IT consulting and technology services company, on Tuesday said that it plans to spend in excess of $20 million towards infrastructure in 2006 alone.
 
The company also announced the consolidation of its Bangalore operations and development centre into a single 750-people facility on Millers Road in the central business district.
 
Said Harsh Singh Lohit, MD, TechSpan India, "The new facility is in line with our plans to meet the growth of our financial services business and expansion of our India operations."
 
In addition to Bangalore, the company has delivery centres in New Delhi and Manila. The Bangalore centre has been developed as the Centre of Excellence and is wholly dedicated to delivering solutions and services to the securities industry.
