Teledata acquires Singapore company

Teledata Informatics Ltd is acquiring 100 per cent stake in Soltius Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based IT services company, through its wholly-owned Dubai subsidiary, Bitech International.
 
Soltius offers expertise in technology business solutions and services with focus across horizontals like ERP, B2B integration, mobile solutions, systems integration, product implementation and different application services offerings. Soltius has 800 professionals worldwide.
 
Speaking about the acquisition and synergies with its existing business, Teledata managing director K Padmanabhan said, "With this acquisition, Teledata has secured a stronger foothold in the SAP market, which will not only help grow the company's existing business, but will also open up opportunities in the future."
 
Teledata has 2,600 employees globally with operations in 15 countries.
