TransWorks' board, sources said, would discuss his resignation tonight. The company has a number of customers in financial services, computing, ISPs and telecom verticals. It also has a 350-seat call centre in Mumbai and a marketing office in Sunnyvale, California. |
Gurbaxani, hailed as the front runner of India 's call centre industry, was also the founder and former CEO of Bangalore-headquartered 24/7 Customer.com. He had scaled up the operations of the company to a 400-seat strong entity, before quitting it in early 2002 to join TransWorks' as CEO. |
