Tulip gets nod for data connectivity services in US

Enterprise data connectivity services firm Tulip Telecom today said it has received a clearance from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which enables the company to sell data connectivity services in the US.

Having received this clearance, Tulip Telecom now has the authority to provide re-sale services to serve the US-based customers, Tulip Telecom said in a statement.

"With the 214 license approval from FCC, Tulip Telecom reaches yet another milestone in its strategic growth plan to expand globally and offer enterprise connectivity services to customers-based in the US," Tulip Telecom Chairman and Managing Director H S Bedi said.

Tulip will offer international connectivity solutions, including Global MPLS service, IPLC (International private leased circuit) and International Ethernet Private Line.
