English luxury mobile phone manufacturer Vertu launched its next generation high-performance smartphone — the New Signature Touch — on Tuesday. The phone would be available i stores globally from October 16, the day the iPhone 6s and 6s plus hit Indian shores.
Encased in handcrafted, fine leather and grade 5 titanium, it is Vertu’s highest ever technical performance smartphone, a release said. Android 5.1 Lollipop promises improved speed and clarity and Vertu’s full portfolio of services, which comprise a dedicated concierge as well as Vertu LIFE and Vertu CERTAINTY packages.
Sporting a 5.2-inch FullHD LCD display with 428 pixels per inch, the vibrant screen is protected by a 5th Generation solid sapphire crystal screen. Vertu’s custom Image Signal Processor and a 21-megapixel camera provides for clear imaging and 4K video. The phone also sports sound featuring Dolby Digital Plus virtual surround sound.
The price of this luxury phone would be revealed on request and it would come in various colour and finish options
