Having begun the pilot project in states like Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra, Vincegrass Creative Solutions Private Limited, has now launched the Rent A Phone scheme in Gujarat. While the concept is not new in other countries, the company intends to create demand for the same in India.
"We are offering eight mobile handset models in segments like A, B, C, D, and E. We are opening up 22 franchise centres in Gujarat. Customers can now register themselves at our authorised service points and can then later avail handsets on rent from any of the ASPs across the country," said Ravi Kumar Bhalla, CEO and director - operations, Vincegrass.
According to Bhalla, there are different kinds of rental segments have been developed for different price segments. "Segmentation of the devices will help consumers to choose the best option," he added.
The company has 284 franchisees across the nation as of now and it is increasing day by day. We have started providing our franchisees to Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan, Kerala and other states also.
Apart from ASPs, the company is also opening up customer service center (CSC), a retail outlet for customers where they can visit to understand the products and services of BizPro.
