Cellular service provider-Vodafone Essar today announced the roll-out of its 3G services in Karnal and Kurukshetra. Vodafone 3G mobile and data services will offer its customers a faster, smarter and better mobile experience with internet access at speeds up to 21.1 Mbps at their finger tips.
Vodafone 3G services were first introduced in Panipat and Ambala in Haryana. As a part of the second phase, the services are being rolled out in Karnal and Kurukshetra. Subsequently, it would be rolled out in the remaining cities in Haryana.
Speaking on the occasion, Ishmeet Singh, COO, Haryana, Vodafone Essar Ltd said, “Our 3G Services will change the way our customers communicate and experience the advantage of adding power of mobility to the internet.”
Vodafone has set up Experience Zones at select Vodafone Stores in Karnal and Kurukshetra to provide the customers with first-hand experience of the technology. Customers can experience video call, high speed Internet and much more at these zones. The tariff for 3G products starts from Rs 103 upwards and customers have an option of purchasing a data and voice combo plan. Also launched are a wide range of attractive 3G plans for Mobile broadband with a starting range of Rs 653 onwards.
