Warburg divest 3% Bharti stake

Warburg Pincus has divested close to 3% stake or 6.2 crore shares of Bharti Tele-Ventures.

This was confirmed by Akhil Gupta, joint managing director of Bharti, today, according to a report released by Reuters.

The counter has logged a huge volume of over 7.19 crore shares on the BSE at 1400 hrs.
