Wipro launches ultra slim notebook

Wipro Infotech on Monday announced the launch of a new LittleGenius series, the ultra slim notebook for superior mobile computing, featuring the latest version of wireless technology.
 
It has a sleek look, weighs 1.35 kg and is one of the lightest in its category in the Indian market today, claims a company release.
 
"The new Wipro LittleGenius Ultra Slim Notebook is the latest offering to the lightweight notebook market," said Anil K Jain, vice president of Wipro's PC business.
 
The new ultra slim series comes powered with Intel Centrino mobile technology and Intel Pentium processor. Its features include an Internal 4 in 1 card reader and onboard 56 Kbps modem. This notebook comes with a one year onsite warranty (available in eight cities).
 
"This notebook has been tested at our Product Engineering Group Lab and will be manufactured at our Pondicherry unit, " added Jain.
 
Wipro Infotech, a division of the $1.87 billion Wipro Limited, provides enterprise customers with high value IT products, services, solutions and IT consulting services in India.
