Bibek Debroy is a noted economist and the chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM). A member of NITI Aayog, he has held prestigious positions at the Centre for Policy Research and the National Council of Applied Economic Research. He was awarded Padma Shri in 2015.
