Every year, there is much anticipation across industry sectors around the announcements of the Union Budget. Everyone wants to know what’s in store for them. However, for the first time in several years, it was heartening to hear Finance Minister Arun Jaitley as he highlighted in the Union Budget for 2018-19 the government’s focus towards improving the quality of education by integrating technology.
