Some seats were changed last time too, I have heard that many people are looking to change their seats this time as well. I have also heard that many people now want to go to Rajya Sabha instead of Lok Sabha. They are looking for their paths by assessing the situation." He further said, 'India will be the third largest economy in my third term, it's Modi's guarantee.' PM Modi lso said, "'The country has borne the brunt of familyism, and Congress has also suffered from the same. The situation is that (Mallikarjun) Kharge has shifted from this House to that House (Rajya Sabha), and Ghulam Nabi Azad has shifted out of the party. They all became the victims of familyism. Congress' shop is on the verge getting shut in its attempt to launch one product again and again." "Earlier women were told that it is time, when is the marriage; now they told how well they manage the professional and personal lives," PM Modi says saying how things have changed for women in 'Amrit Kaal'. He added, "No sector where doors are closed for daughters of the country." PM Modi added, "For the first time a separate ministry for fishermen has been made." PM also added, "Startups, digital creators, unicorns, gig economy - these are the new vocabulary of the new Bharat. Today, India is a leading digital economy." PM Modi said the central agencies are independent. His statement came as Opposition leaders accused the BJP government at the Centre of using ED, CBI and I-T department against opposition leaders.

Opposition members on Monday created a noisy scene in the Rajya Sabha when question number 18 related to the aviation sector was skipped inadvertently by Deputy Chairman Harivansh during the Question Hour. Jaya Bachchan (SP), Deepender Singh Hooda (Congress) and other opposition members sought to know the reasons for skipping question number 18 and taking up question number 19 related to Polavaram irrigation project. The deputy chairman said it happened inadvertently but the opposition members were not convinced. Then Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar asked the members to calm down and told them the question number 18 will be taken up after question 19.
Chief Imam of All India Imam Organization and other minority section religious leaders reached Parliament to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 5. 'Since 2019, there have been constant border clashes between India and China,' Tiwari mentioned in his letter stating that the govt has stonewalled every attempt made by the Opposition to discuss this urgent issue. 'Since this Budget Session is the final session of the 17th Lok Sabha before the General election, I request that this house be adjourned to discuss the India-China border situation,' Tiwari wrote in the letter.
