Asian Paints Announcement

This is to inform you that as per the Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Conduct) the trading window of the Company will be closed from Monday 23rd December 2024 until 2 (two) trading days from the date of declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December 2024. The details of the date of Board meeting and opening of the trading window shall be intimated in due course.The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that Mr. Shyam Swamy - Vice President Home Improvement Decor Services & Retailing member of the Senior Management has resigned from the services of the Company. A detailed disclosure in this regard has been attached herewith.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Mr. Vishu Goel - Associate Vice President Retail Sales Commercials & Marketing member of the Senior Management has resigned from the services of the Company. A detailed disclosure in this regard has been attached herewith.

Please find enclosed the intimation letter dated 10th December 2024 received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent - Link Intime India Private Limited providing information regarding the loss of share certificates by the shareholder(s) of the Company. Further a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued after completion of necessary procedures prescribed by law.
