Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy of the Company we hereby intimate that the trading window for dealing in securities of Bayer CropScience Limited (Company) shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company commencing from January 01 2025 and the same shall be remain closed till the declaration of quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024 and two days thereafter.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from the Office of Assistant Commissioner CBIC Patna Bihar imposing penalty on the Company pertaining to Financial Year 2017-18. The above mentioned order is related to Input Tax Credit availed. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13 2023 are enclosed herein.
