This is with reference to the above captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and to inform you that due to personal reasons Mr. Jitender Yadav has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities w.e.f. 08th July 2020.

In continuation to our earlier letter dated 27th January 2020 intimating about the Board Meeting of the Company to be held today i.e. 13th February 2020 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended 31st December 2019 stands adjourned due to lack of quorum. <BR> At this juncture we wish to inform you that till 03.30 PM today the required quorum was not present for the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. Hence for want of quorum the meeting automatically stands adjourned to the same day same place next week as per the provisions of Section 174(4) of the Companies Act 2013.<BR>

This is to inform you that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company scheduled at 10.00 A.M. on Wednesday 12th February 2020 stands adjourned due to lack of quorum.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Section 103(2)(a) of the Companies Act 2013 & Clause 15 of Secretarial Standards 2 the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company stands adjourned to February 19 2020 at 10.00 A.M. and at the same place i.e. Legend Sarovar Patrico Village Malpur Tehsil Baddi District Solan Himachal Pradesh - 173205 or to such other date and such other time and place as the Board may determine.<BR>
