Innovators Facade Systems Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve 1. Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audi ted Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September 2024.2. Consider any other business with the permission of chair.

Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 we hereby submit the details of dematerialization of shares of the quarter ended 30th September 2024.

Resignation of M/S Omprakash Gehlot & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN 137081W) as Internal Auditor of the Company (as per Annexure A).2. Appointment of M/S K C Shah & AssociatesChartered Accountants (FRN 159487W) as Internal Auditor of the Company for F.Y 2024-25 (As per Annexure B).
