The Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.2. Took note on compliance made under SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 for the quarter ended 30th September 2024.

In terms of Regulation 30 read with regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today 14.11.2024 at 03.00 p.m. at its registered office and concluded at 08.10 p.m. considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended 30.09.2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon.
