Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185/ dated 31st December 2024 please find attached the Integrated Filing (Financial) for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.

In accordance with Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 please find enclosed statement of deviation/variation in utilization of funds as on December 31 2024.Kindly take the same in your records and oblige.

The said result will also be placed on the website of the Company. The Meeting Commenced at 05 p.m. and concluded at 05:35 p.m.
