This is in continuation to intimation letter dated 07.12.2024 regarding loss of share certificates for 288 shares of Mr. Sudhish Kumar Mohindroo whose shares have been transferred into Investor Education & Protection Fund. This is to inform that the Registrar of Companies M/s. Alankit Assignment Ltd has issued Entitlement Letter for 288 shares and for unclaimed dividend.

In compliance with Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations this is to inform that Share certificates for 288 equity shares of the company have reported to be lost. Detail of share certificates are given in attached intimation letter.

Please find enclosed herewith copy of Newspaper advertisement dated 15.11.2024 with regard to financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 in Business Standard English in all edition and Business Standard Hindi local edition
