Camex ties up with China's Tianjin Yadong for dyes business

The Ahmedabad based company has entered into agreement with Chinese firm for selling a range of basic dyes intermediates in India

The Ahmedabad dye manufacturer Camex Ltd has signed an agreement with Chinese firm Tianjin Yadong Longxin International Ltd to market dye intermediates in India. “Camex Ltd has entered into a sole selling arrangement with China's Tianjin Yadong Longxin International Ltd for the range of basic intermediates like H Acid, tobias acid, sulfo tobias acid and J acid. The association would help Camex to exploit its present marketing network along with Tianjin Yadong Longxin's expertise to sell products in Indian market. The association will also help Camex to improve revenues and profitability in coming years,” said Camex in a BSE filing on January 11, 2016.
   
Camex Ltd is engaged in production of reactive dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes and textile auxiliaries with its manufacturing facility located at Ankleshwar (Gujarat), the hub of dye industries. In addition, it also imports varied chemicals for different industries such as plastics, paint, rubber and paper.
 
Tianjin Yadong Longxin, which manufactures dyestuff and dyestuff intermediates, focuses on products such as fast dyes, solvent dyes, H acid, tobias acid, sulfo tobias acid and J acid, etc. These dyes are primarily used for wool, leather, printing ink, silk and dyestuff manufacturing.
