Captain Polyplast increases drip line products production capacity

Captain Polyplast Ltd, a manufacturer of HDPE pipes and irrigation equipment, has doubled production capacity of its drip line products at Rajkot facility, Gujarat, with the installation of imported machinery from Israel.
 
“Captain Polyplast has imported and installed 2 sets each of automatic insertion machine for flat dripper and perforating machines for flat drippers automatic cooling machines along with cold bridge, camera unit along with elevator and onsite adjustments manufactured by Mopline Machsehevet Ltd, Israel, at its plant located at Rajkot,” said the company in a BSE filing.
 
Using these machines, Captain Polyplast has successfully started the production of products under flat drip line category. Machines imported from Mopline Machsehevet Ltd can manufacture flat dripline irrigation products at a speed of 150 meter/min and with 12 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm diameter on different wall thickness ranging from 0.20 to 1.0 mm.
