Dhunseri Petrochem reorganises business

Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd has announced restructuring plans for its businesses. As per the plan, the company will demerge Tea Division of Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd to Dhunseri Services Limited from April 01, 2014. The IT SEZ Division of Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd will be transferred to Dhanurveda Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
 
Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Ltd (DPTL) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Limited at its meeting held on January 28, 2014 approved a Scheme of Arrangement between DPTL, Dhunseri Services Limited and Dhanurveda Infrastructure Private Limited and their respective shareholders.
