Fineotex Chemical receives Star Export House certification

Fineotex Chemical Ltd (FCL), a textile chemical manufacturer, has been recognised as Star Export House by Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The certificate of recognition is valid for a period of 5 years effective from June 26, 2015.
 
Surendrakumar Tibrewala, chairman & MD, Fineotex Chemical, commented, “We are happy that our company has been recognised as Star Export House. This certificate of recognition has been issued on the export performance of the last three years of the company. We hope to derive various benefits in future and improve our performance further after getting Star Export House status.”
   
On February 27, 2015, Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan had raised his stake in Fineotex Chemical to 5.58 per cent, making him the third largest shareholder in the company after its promoters.
 
Fineotex Chemicals claims to be the only listed Indian textile chemical company having an overseas production facility in Selangor (Malaysia) along with a plant situated in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. It manufactures the entire range of products from pre-treatment, dyeing, printing to finishing process.
