Insilco restarts plant operations in UP

Insilco Limited, a group company of Germany-based Evonik Industries, has restarted operations at its Gajraula plant in Uttar Pradesh from January 09, 2014. The company had informed BSE on December 20, 2013 that its plant would remain closed from December 20, 2013 to January 15, 2014 due to high inventory and low sales volume. The company has also announced that it would carry out routine preventive maintenance and cleaning during this time.

Yesterday, Insilco Ltd informed BSE that the plant operations have been restarted from January 09, 2014.
