Kesar Petroproducts appoints Mohit Kaushik as Director

Kesar Petroproducts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 09, 2013, has appointed Mohit Kaushik as Director of the company. As per the website, Kesar Petroproducts Ltd was acquired under the change of management scheme formulated by the BIFR. Sharma Group, having industrial units at Lote Parshuram, took over the management of Kesar Petroproducts and have infused new capital in the company. The company manufactures various chemicals, with cuprous chloride, phthalimide and sulphates being the major products.
