PMC Group completes Arkema Beijing Chemical buyout deal

To rename the acquired entity as PMC Beijing Chemicals Co Ltd

PMC Group NA Inc announced today that it completed its purchase of Arkema Beijing Chemical Co Ltd on January 1, 2014. This completes the final portion of PMC’s previously announced acquisition of Arkema’s worldwide tin stabiliser, organometallic, and organophosphine specialty chemical business. The new name of Arkema Beijing Chemical Co Ltd is PMC Beijing Chemicals Co Ltd.
 
The acquired business will operate as part of PMC’s PMC Organometallix business unit. After completing this portion of the acquisition, PMC Organometallix now owns, and operates worldwide, the families of Advastab and Thermolite tin heat stabilisers, Ca/Zn heat stabilisers, FASCAT catalysts, and fine chemicals.
