RCF's Finance Director demits office

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) has informed BSE that Gautam Sen, Whole-time Director (Finance), has demitted his office with effect from January 31, 2014 on attaining the age of superannuation.
 
Further, RCF has informed that Danodar Acharya, ex-Director, IIT (Kharagpur), has been appointed as Independent Director from January 30, 2014 in pursuance to the order dated January 24, 2014 issued by the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
