Shailesh Jain is Artson Engineering's new CFO

Shailesh Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Artson Engineering Ltd. The company has informed BSE that the Audit Committee of Artson Engineering has approved the appointment of Shailesh Jain as the Chief Financial Officer effective December 19, 2013 in place of Satish Joshi, who ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer, effective December 14, 2013.
