Shree Pushkar Chemicals raises vinyl suphone capacity

The company has commissioned its additional capacity of 1,000 MTA of vinyl sulphone, a key raw material used in dyes manufacturing

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited (SPCF), an integrated player in the manufacture of dyes and dye intermediates, has commissioned additional capacity of vinyl sulphone at its existing Lote-Parshuram site in Maharashtra on May 31, 2016.
 
“In-line with its strategy to support the captive requirement of dyes operations, the company has commissioned its additional capacity of 1,000 MTA of vinyl sulphone, a key raw material used in dyes manufacturing,” said Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd in a BSE filing on June 2, 2016.
 
As a part of its forward integration strategy, Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd has ventured into dyestuff manufacturing with a new plant at its Lote-Parshuram. Since, dyes manufacturing will raise the requirement of intermediates, the company has increased the capacity of vinyl sulphone by 1000 tonnes.
