Suniel Shetty is brand ambassador for Insecticides India

The agrochemical company extends the term to three more years with the Bollywood actor, who has been its brand ambassador since 2011

Insecticides India Ltd, one of the leading agrochemical companies in the country, has decided to continue its fruitful association with Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty as it works to expand its production capacity as well as reach in the length and breadth of the country. The company owns some well-known brands through which it holds a deep connection with the farming community. The company is now also marketing two products Pulsor and Hakama of Japan’s Nissan Chemicals Industries Ltd.
 
The company which is on an expansion spree has decided to continue its association with Shetty for another three years and is confident the association will be mutually satisfying. “We are very pleased with the way our association with Shetty has turned out in the past two years and we were eager to continue this partnership ahead. We believe his mass appeal, and portrayal as a modern farmer in all our communication, coupled with the credibility of our brands will help us extend and strengthen our relation with the farming community and provide a deep penetration in the newer markets,” said Rajesh Aggarwal, Managing Director, Insecticides India.
 
Shetty first became the face of the brand in 2011. In the past one year, the company’s kitty of products has grown and it has introduced several new products in the Indian market. Besides providing some of the largest selling brands including Thimet, Nuvan, Monocil, Lethal, Victor and Indan to help farmers boost their crop yields, Insecticides India also works extensively with the farming community to train them for safe and best farm practices.
