Tirupati Industries to merge Nova Oleochem with itself

Forms a committee consisting of any two directors of the company to take this process further

Tirupati Industries India has announced plans to merge Nova Oleochem with itself. Tirupati Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2013, has considered the merger of Nova Oleochem Limited with Tirupati Industries (India) Limited and has decided to constitute a committee consisting of any two Directors of the company to take appropriate steps for this purpose.
 
Tirupati Industries is a manufacturer of methyl esters, biodiesel, industrial oils, fatty acids, edible oils, soaps, chemicals and laboratory reagents. Incorporated in 2000, NOVA Oleochem Limited claims to be a fast expanding company with a foray into production and marketing of consumer and industrial products. As a result of its innovative approach, it developed a wide range of products including novel consumer goods such as personalised soaps and bubble baths. In the industrial section, NOVA specialises in methyl esters of vegetable oils, coconut diethanolamide, methyl esters and industrial cleaners.
