Cyient acquires Singapore-based Global Services Engineering from Pratt & Whitney

Through this transaction, Cyient will continue to build on its growth strategy for the Asia Pacific region, specifically in aftermarket services for the aerospace industry

Cyient Limited – the Hyderabad-based provider of engineering, data analytics, networks and operations solutions – has acquired Singapore-based Global Services Engineering Asia from Pratt & Whitney Services Pte Ltd. This site provides repairs, development and validation for aero gas turbine engine components in support of Pratt & Whitney throughout the region. The deal, which was structured as an asset purchase, is expected close at the end of August 2015.
