Gravita India is planning to expand its lead recycling capacity by setting up a plant in Southern India. The company, on December 3, 2015 announced that it has acquired 8.38 acres of industrial land in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh for its future expansion and to have its manufacturing base in Southern India.
At present, Gravita India, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing of lead metal by recycling & smelting process, has total production capacity of 95,149 metric tonnes per annum.
