No healing touch for logistics in budget after demonetisation

“Railways, roads and rivers are the lifeline of our country”. This was one of those remarks by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley that elicited high applauds from the Parliamentarians during his budget speech. And he went on to hike crucially the outlay for the lifeline sector.
