Richa Industries bags Rs 23-cr from Ircon International

The company will construct five pre-engineered buildings (PEB) at Rourkela, Orissa for Indian Railways

The construction & engineering company Richa Industries Limited yesterday secured an order from Ircon International Limited, a company incorporated by the Ministry of Railways, for the construction of five pre-engineered buildings (PEB) at Rourkela, Orissa for Indian Railways.
 
It is a turnkey project and the scope of work includes design and construction of five buildings including lifting bay; inspection bay; machine shop; wheel lathe and oil godown with the total area of 16,000 sq m. The project will be completed in nine months.
 
Dr Sandeep Gupta, joint managing director, Richa Industries Limited, said, “We are delighted to receive this order from Ircon. This project is a testimony to the quality work showcased by the company in previous projects. We are confident to get more such opportunities in the time to come.”
   
Richa Industries Limited is operational in pre-engineered building, structural steel, turnkey and textile sectors. The company has PEB manufacturing plant in Kashipur (Uttarakhand) and textile manufacturing plant in Kawnra (Faridabad, Haryana).
