Sanghvi Forging bags new orders worth Rs 14 crore from oil & gas sector

With the new orders, total order book size has raised upto Rs 50 crore

The Vadodara-based Sanghvi Forging & Engineering Ltd has received orders worth Rs 14 crore from oil & gas sector. Sanghvi Forging said that the continuous flow of orders for the company during the recent past is a positive for the company’s growth. Sanghvi Europe BV, a subsidiary company, has received order of Rs 10 crore.
 
Jayanti Sanghvi, managing director, Sanghvi Forging & Engineering Ltd, said, “After receipt of this order we are confident that now our subsidiary has also started contributing towards our goal, also the economy is picking up and there is increase in demand across the sectors this will give good results to us.”
   
With the new orders, the company’s total order book size, as on June 02, 2016, has increased is Rs 50 crore.
 
Sanghvi Forging’s newly started heavy open die forging unit with the capacity of 15000 metric tonne per annum (MTPA) has increased the company’s forging capacity fivefold. The company is receiving good amount of orders from oil & gas, power, defence and irrigation sectors.
 
Sanghvi Forging & Engineering Limited is engaged in manufacturing of open and closed die forging products for the oil & gas, petrochemicals, ship building, power, irrigation, defence & other sectors.
