Take Solutions launches academy for life sciences industry

Take Solutions Ltd, a global business technology solutions provider, has launched an academy, Take Academy of Life Science and Leadership (TALL), in Chennai to cater to the talent needs of the life sciences industry. “The life sciences industry is a knowledge industry that requires deep domain expertise, knowledge of emerging regulations, and strict enforcement of quality and compliance initiatives and TALL will be delivering a differentiated curriculum to address this agenda,” said Take Solutions in a press release.
 
The pace of change driven by increased automation leveraging cutting edge technology solutions and mandates by global regulatory agencies for safer and more effective drugs at affordable healthcare costs is extremely high. Training needs of the existing workforce as well as those entering have to be addressed differently.
