Jindal Specialty Textile aims for Rs 200 crore turnover

Jindal Specialty Textile Ltd, a leading manufacturer of PVC laminated products for boat, trucks & tarpaulin, is aiming to achieve addition revenues of Rs 190-200 crore this year. Jindal Speciality Textile Ltd (JSTL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ludhiana-based Jindal Cotex Ltd (JCL), which is engaged in manufacturing a variety of synthetic yarns, ie acrylic, polyester and other blended yarns.
 
“The company got the power connection in April 2014 and proposes to achieve additional sales turnover of Rs 190-200 crore on yearly basis with full capacity utilisation and by this Jindal Cotex Ltd would be benefited and additional profit of Rs 20-25 crores of (EBITA margin) would be added on yearly basis,” said a JCT press release.
 
Jindal Specialty Textile was set up for manufacturing laminated and coated textile products under technical textiles sector. JSTL produces technical textile and banner fabrics textiles product like PVC films (frontlit and backlit), other advertisement materials. The main product line is PVC laminated product, front banner fabric, backlit banner fabric, inflatable fabric for boats. The annual capacity of the plant is 20000 TPA.
