National Plastic to distribute Regul's PVC panels in India

National Plastic Industries Limited, a manufacturer of plastic processed products, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Alterf Ltd – the trading company of the Russian manufacturer Regul - for distribution and selling PVC panels in India.
 
Under the agreement, National Plastic Industries Limited will have exclusive rights to distribute and sell the said products for a period of three years in India. National Plastic Industries Limited will promote the Regul product through its own sales force in India.
 
Regul, which offers decorative PVC wall panels, manufactures exclusive type of finishing materials used for interior decoration. The entire product range of the company is made of PVC plastics, manufactured on German equipment and stained with an abrasion resistant paint on high-quality European specially developed technology.
 
This is the second distribution deal signed by National Plastic this year. In January 2015, the company inked an agreement with Tradeplast LLC to distribute Germany's Holzplast products in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
 
National Plastic Industries Limited, which manufactures a wide range of plastic moulded furniture and household product, has production units in Silvassa, Patna and Nellore (Andhra Pradesh). While it makes plastic moulded furnitures & household products at Silvassa & Patna units, at Nellore it produces PVC flooring mats.
