Entrepreneur Samuel Burton Jordan is Setting the Bar High
.
While many have heard the common colloquialism “jack-of-all-trades,” fewer know the phrase’s classical ending -- “master of none.” But for versatile businessman Samuel Burton Jordan, the entrepreneur has proven he authentically can do it all, leading to a record year for the boundary-pushing American.
As a California native, Jordan’s long-term presence in the high-stakes world of Los Angeles has allowed him to deftly navigate throughout a variety of industries with finesse. Having once dabbled in politics and served as a legislative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. for nearly two years, Jordan later returned back to the West Coast filled with ambition and ready to strike out on his own.
Dipping his toes into the hospitality space, Jordan made a name for himself as a restaurateur when he opened perennial L.A. hotspots, the European-style restaurant Issima and Mediterranean eatery Olivetta. Jordan then deftly navigated his way into the tourism industry, creating luxury and eco-conscious tour company EnviTours with services across the world in Bali, Puerto Rico, Belize, and more.
Still, 2021 has marked a landmark year for Jordan as he is set to launch his homegrown wine company, Red Bear Winery, before the calendar’s close. Sourced from his family’s own Sonoma County vineyard, the cabernet sauvignon’s debut will represent Jordan’s first foray into the beverage business.
Likewise, Jordan is set to make his inaugural silver screen appearance in the upcoming film Deadlock, directed by Jared Cohn and starring action hero Bruce Willis. Playing the role of Detective Crane, Jordan also lends a hand behind the scenes as one of the film’s executive producers, showing off Jordan’s inherent multi-talented nature once more.
Between Hollywood flicks, restaurants, wine lines, concierge services and so much more, Jordan has proven his ability to easily command every enterprise he touches, bringing his signature drive and determination along with him in the process.
