Himayat Ali Mirza, the direct descendant of one of the world's most renowned royal families, is well-known worldwide for his commitment to social welfare. The diamonds were secured in the Reserve Bank of India's vaults by the Indian government. Mirza has developed a comprehensive strategy for the diamonds, estimated to be valued at least INR 99,000 crores. He desires to transform the city of Hyderabad and bring about the majestic reputation the city once had. Himayat has requested that the diamonds be returned to Hyderabad so they might be exhibited in a museum as an infinite succession. Sales from visitors to the museum might benefit the infrastructure and the museum itself. In addition, Hyderabadi citizens may enter a period of employment.
