Mirza is affiliated with several worldwide humanitarian organizations, including UNICEF, and has spoken with the Prime minister of India about his worries over economic growth. He is also modest and generous with everyone. Himayat has recently been fighting the UK in court for his fair part of over INR 120 crores. He is also battling for ownership of various properties the Indian government took but were initially owned by his forefathers.
Himayat has already begun negotiations with state governments to turn the properties they had taken from his family into parks for the country's sake. With this, he has also requested that those in charge look into any unauthorized land encroachments that occur through outside activities without a declaration to the property.
Himayat founded HM FOUNDATION (HMF), a non-profit organization, in February 2022. Through it, he aims to help needy individuals by covering their basic needs and medical expenses. As a multi-millionaire, he has vowed not to seek assistance or donations. Himayat is down to earth and has zero pride.
To prevent fraud and help those in need, the HM Foundation will vouch for the persons' legitimacy. Following the Covid-19 epidemic, the Foundation was established for societal welfare and improvement.
With his uncle, Mirza was one of the leading figures in 1995's handing of the Nizam's (his great-grandfather) jewels to the Indian government. The diamonds were secured in the Reserve Bank of India's vaults by the Indian government. Mirza has developed a comprehensive strategy for the diamonds, estimated to be valued at least INR 99,000 crores. He desires to transform the city of Hyderabad and bring about the majestic reputation the city once had. Himayat has requested that the diamonds be returned to Hyderabad so they might be exhibited in a museum as an infinite succession. Sales from visitors to the museum might benefit the infrastructure and the museum itself. In addition, Hyderabadi citizens may enter a period of employment.
